What You’ll Do for Us:
Junior Project Manager will work closely with the agency and the Coke Senior Brand
Manager supporting many 2026 Portfolio initiatives:
- Coordinate day-to-day brand and activation projects, ensuring smooth planning, tracking, and delivery of key milestones.
- Support the Senior Brand Manager on crossfunctional initiatives, work assignments, and tasks that directly align with brand priorities.
- Support the execution of local brand activations including POS materials, promotions, sampling initiatives, experiential events, and festival presence.
- Manage parts of assigned projects independently (e.g., localization of communication assets, content adaptation).
- Coordinate end-to-end packaging artwork updates across the portfolio, collaborating with agencies, supply chain, and bottling partners to ensure timely market launch.
- Prepare project documentation, status updates, timelines, and presentations as needed (e.g., performance reports, review decks).
- Support cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment between marketing, supply chain, agencies, finance, and other partners.
- Manage logistics related to activations, including product orders and marketing warehouse stock coordination.
- Assist in brand budget tracking and help ensure spending accuracy.
- Support internal engagement initiatives led by the marketing team.
Skills & qualifications:
- Min. bachelor’s degree (or finalyear student) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, or a similar field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, project coordination, or agency environment (FMCG or B2C preferred).
- Strong project management capabilities: ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English, as well as presentation skills/storytelling
- Good understanding of basic marketing concepts and consumer mindset.
- Digital skills and mindset to actively support our digital transformation efforts
- Problem-solving mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment, and multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English; Hungarian required.
